Gikas Manalis

Chairman of the Board.

Gikas Manalis, an experienced financial and banking leader, has served as CEO of Cerved Credit Management Greece and President of Cerved Property Services. His career includes roles as CEO of Attica Bank, contributions to the Hellenic State's Asset Development Fund and key positions in the Athens Stock Exchange. Gikas holds a PhD, MSc and BSc in Economics and Business Administration.

Dr. Justus Westerburg

Vice Chairman of the Board.

Dr Justus Westerburg originally worked as a lawyer and tax consultant. He has over 20 years of experience as an advisor to private equity and venture capital funds, as well as listed real estate companies. He is a managing director of investment companies and an investment firm. He is CEO of TRISOR from 2022.

Christos A. George

CEO

Christos A. Georgiou worked for 26 years as a Banking Executive in a large Banking Institution. He has over 15 years of experience in Risk Management and Fraud Risk Management and is also the Director of Risk Management of AANG Group Holding Limited. He is CEO of TRISOR Hellas, a member of the AANG Group since August 2023.

Dr. Herbert Walter

former bank executive

From 1983 to 2003, the trained banker worked for Deutsche Bank Group, most recently as a member of the senior management team. In 2003 he moved to the board of Allianz SE and simultaneously served as CEO of Dresdner Bank.

Werner Jantosch

former police chief

During his 43 years with the Hamburg police, he held various positions: from sergeant to press officer, chief of staff and chief of staff to chief of police. He held this role from 2004 to 2012.

Hadi Teherani

Architect & Holder of the Federal Cross of Merit

International award-winning architect and designer. Like many international projects, Cologne's Crane Houses on the banks of the Rhine have become important landmarks. He was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit in late 2020.

John Sorros

Professor Emeritus, University of Piraeus

Ioannis Sorros is Professor Emeritus at the Department of Organization & Business Administration at the University of Piraeus. He has been active as an executive and consultant for more than 40 years in the commercial, industrial, service and financial sectors. He has authored and edited, alone and with others, books and scientific articles and participates in scientific committees of the public and private sector.
