TRISOR HELLAS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we” or “us”), with registered seat at 43 Omirou Street, Athens, 10672, is committed to protect and respect your privacy.
This Privacy Policy (together with our General Terms and Conditions of Transactions, Cookie Policy , and any other relevant document referred to herein) sets out the basis on which we will process the personal data you provide to us or which we collect from you when you browse and use the website https://www.trisor.gr/ (hereinafter the “Website”), which is carried out in accordance with the provisions of national and European law on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Please read these documents carefully to understand our approach and practices regarding your personal data and how we will use them.
By providing your personal information to us, you indicate both that you accept this Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and that you consent to the collection and processing and sharing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1.1 We collect information that you provide to us, in the following manner:
1.1.1 Information about your account, such as your username or password (or any other detail that identifies you) that you use to access our Website and its platforms or use the services of the Website in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions.
1.1.2 Information that is required under applicable law for the leasing of a safe deposit box from us. In particular:
(i) If you wish to lease a safe deposit box individually in your name, we collect and process your full name, father’s name, identity card or passport number, issuing authority, date and place of birth, home address, telephone number, occupation, business address and tax identification number and supporting documents that certify the above.
(ii) If you wish to lease a safe deposit box in the name and on behalf of a legal entity, we collect and process the names of the directors/board members, representatives and persons authorised to sign in the name and on behalf of such legal entity, evidence on the above as well as evidence that certify and verify the identity of the beneficial owners and partners of such legal entity.
(iii) In both of the above (i) and (ii) cases, we collect data for the required remote electronic identification of the person who will make the safe deposit box lease -through the Website- either on his/her own account or on behalf of the legal entity that such person represents. In particular, such person should upload in the relevant platform of the Website photographs/images clearly showing the face from different angles as well as both sides of the identification document containing the photograph, signature and identification data of such person, in order to carry out an audit on the specifications and security features of such identification document.
All the above personal data are collected obligatory if you wish to lease a safe deposit box. If the above data is not provided, we will not be able to lease a safe deposit box.
1.1.3 Profile information, including, but not limited to, which of our services you prefer or the times you prefer to visit us or the frequency with which you use the Website; and
1.1.4 Other personal information that you choose to share with us during your interaction and/or communication with us.
1.2 We collect information using automated methods
We may use automated technologies to collect information from your mobile device when you use our Website.
We may collect information about:
1.2.1 your internet protocol (IP) address;
1.2.2 the operating system of your mobile device, if you are visiting the Website via a mobile device;
1.2.3 the type of portable device and its settings;
1.2.4 the serial numbers corresponding to your device and its parts;
1.2.5 advertising identifiers (for example, the IDFAs and IFAs ) or similar identifiers;
1.2.6 the redirecting website (the website that led you to ours);

We are not responsible for the policies and practices of third parties.
